Once dry, the very long-lasting liner is waterproof. From 4 weeks of application, lash quality is improved thanks to the Vitamin Peptide present in the formula. Apply the eyeliner along the lash line, from the inner corner of the eye outwards. Continue the line beyond the outer corner of the eye, moving slightly upwards towards the end of the brow. For a thicker line, press gently on the tip of the brush.
