Belvedere Belvedere 10

Blending flavours such as coconut, cocoa and caramel, Belvedere 10 is based on the traditional production process that was used in 1910, when the distillery in Polmos Żyrardów, Poland, was founded.Presented in a large bottle with a glossy white finish, this new recipe is made from Dankowskie rye. This high-quality cereal is grown in a single field in north-east Poland. After harvesting, our liquid undergoes the House's own quadruple distillation, before being left to rest for 10 months to balance its flavours and strengthen its texture.

Belvedere 10 is made from organic rye planted in August on a single plot then harvested and selected by hand the following summer.The rye is then cooked to obtain a sort of mash which is fermented using a single yeast and enzymes.After quadruple distillation in copper columns each bottle is filtered to improve the clarity of the liquid.It is then left to rest for 10 months to harmonise its flavours and strengthen its texture.

How to serve - Serve neat or over ice in top-of-the-range Old Fashion glasses or large shot glasses.
