PRESENTATION
Taking the sweet barley and fruit-laden BenRiach spirit, we’ve matured it in a combination of first and second fill bourbon casks. It is further enriched with contrasting spicy oak notes, through an extended maturation in quarter casks. Smaller casks allow for more interaction between the wood and spirit, intensifying maturation and lending the whisky a rich depth of flavour and aroma.
