Le Mottay Plain pork rillettes

A traditional production, without additives or preservatives for these organic rillettes: Carefully chosen pieces of pork (shoulder, belly and fat), a little Guérande salt, a hint of pepper and a slow cooking of about fifteen hours offer an extraordinary flavor and smoothness. This version of organic pork rillettes is as authentic as possible, the confit meat is sublimated. A true delight ! They are eaten naturally on a piece of fresh bread or toast.
