Le Mottay Green peppercorn pork rillettes

A traditional production, without additives or preservatives for these organic rillettes: Carefully chosen pieces of pork (shoulder, belly and fat), a little Guérande salt, a hint of pepper and a slow cooking of about fifteen hours offer an extraordinary flavor and smoothness. This shredded meat confit goes well with a remarkable green pepper from Sri Lanka, which will delight lovers of spices and spicy flavors. They are eaten naturally on a piece of fresh bread or toast.
