Citadelle Gin De France

Citadelle is the first gin distilled in Charentais copper stills. Its progressive infusion method is also unique: it consists of adding each of the 19 herbs in the recipe at different times during a maceration that takes place over 4 days, while gradually reducing the degree of alcohol. A real craftsmanship whose goal is to preserve the organoleptic qualities and capture the ultimate flavor of each berry, each spice, each citrus fruit. On the palate, Citadelle Original offers complete aromatic richness. From the outset, the juniper presents the signature of Citadelle. It then gives way to a voluptuous citrus fragrance that highlights it. Finally, the finish is more exotic, with a nice spicy length that we owe to touches of pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon.
