Fallot Dijon mustard

This is the mustard par excellence. Plain or added to a hot or cold sauce, it goes well with all meats (beef, poultry, pork, rabbit, etc.) and fish. Strong and piquant, it will also liven up your vinaigrettes, mayonnaises or other remoulade sauces.
