PRESENTATION
RHONE VALLEY. Northern Côtes du Rhône. Right bank of the Rhône. Located a few kilometers from Lyon, it is the most northern appellation of the Rhône Valley. Manual harvest, partially destemmed. Traditional vinification for 2 to 3 weeks, fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged 16 months in French oak barrels. Soil : Located on metamorphic rocks. The mother rock has many fractures allowing the roots of the vines to draw water and nutrients.
