A L'Olivier Aromatic Black Truffle Flavour Olive Oil

Our black truffle olive oil is made by infusing real pieces of black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) into our olive oil. The combination of these two quality ingredients creates an oil with a subtle and delicate flavour, which beautifully captures the fresh taste of black truffle.

CULINARY PREPARATION MADE FROM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 98%, BLACK TRUFFLE (Tuber melanosporum) AND FLAVOURIngredients: extra virgin olive oil 98%, black truffle extract (Tuber melanosporum)* 1%, flavour *(2 g of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum) are needed to flavour 1 L of olive oil). Store in a cool dark place.

This oil goes well with asparagus risotto Southwestern salad fresh tagliatelle or pappardelle mashed potatoes or scrambled egg. It’s also great in sauces for white meats parsnip velouté or split pea soup. It’s a great finishing touch on oven baked chicken too!
